Senior Engineer
Due to significant year on year growth, Premier is now in a position to strengthen our Systems team and we are looking for an experienced IT professional to assist in the consultancy, delivery and support of Premier's Training and Staff Network along with. This is a full time, permanent position based at our central London Headquarters.
Specific responsibilities include troubleshooting and configuration of the internal network including the dedicated training domain (using vlan trunking)
Day-to-day duties:
- Deploy and verify training software set ups.
- Backup overview
- To assist with day to day Troubleshooting for Staff / Training Network,
- To prepare and deploy software images daily

Sales Account Manager - Training Department
Due to significant year on year growth, Premier - a Microsoft Certified Partner - is now in a position to strengthen our sales team and we are looking for a high calibre Sales professional to be based at our central London Headquarters.
Premier has a range of products and services. This Sales Account Manager position is working on the "Training" area of our business, developing long term partnerships and selling training courses to our business to business clients. Our extensive range of courses range from training on Microsoft applications, to technical courses, soft skills, project management and many more.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop new business through Cold calling
- Manage and conduct all aspects of the sales cycle - lead generation through to close
- Account Management.
- Meeting and presenting to existing and potential clients
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and business forecasting
- Consulting with clients to offer them training solutions for IT & Personal
- Development training through the form of written proposals
- Identify and develop strategic new business partnerships.
- Recruit and develop clients suitable for our range of products and services
- Work with presales and marketing support teams.
Who we're looking for:
Successful candidates will have a minimum of two years relevant business to business (b2b) sales experience combined with a good understanding of the IT Training industry. Exceptional candidates who do not have experience of the UK Training industry but can display a successful track record within a broader b2b sector will also be considered.
Critical to the success of any candidate will be self motivation, drive for results, a hands-on approach and the ability to communicate credibly with a middle to senior management audience.

Internal Systems Technician
Due to significant year on year growth, Premier is now in a position to strengthen our Internal Systems team and we are looking for an experienced IT professional to assist in the consultancy, delivery and support of Premier's Internal Training and Staff Network. 1 Years minimum installation and support experience in the following areas: -
- - strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and Microsoft networks ad well as at least basic experience supporting Linux servers
- - Experience with either network management software (MS-SMS, Zenwork or Altiris)
- - Windows desktop administration
- - Desktop support of MS Office Applications
- - MS Exchange 2000/2003
- - Backup software e.g. Veritas
- - Anti Virus software
- - Server and Desktop environments
