  1. What are the dimensions of the Xspace mobile classroom?

  2. The unit is 11 metres in length and 3 metres wide and it will accommodate 6 car-parking spaces.

  3. What can the Xspace mobile training room be used for?

  4. The interior has been designed and built to accommodate a variety of activities such as instructor-led IT training events, elearning demonstrations, exhibitions, presentations, seminars and meetings.

  5. How many people can be trained in one classroom session?

  6. The Xspace is equipped with an acoustic screen which divides the Xspace into two classrooms seating six delegates each. When the acoustic screen is not in use, the Xspace becomes one large classroom seating ten delegates.

  7. How secure is the Xspace mobile training room when located on a customer site?

  8. The Xspace is fully equipped with an intruder alarm, exterior sensor lighting and lockable window shutters.

  9. Is the Xspace mobile unit equipped with PC's and presentation aids?

  10. Yes - the Xspace is furnished with 12 delegate PC's 2 trainer PC's, a smartcard reader and server if required. Interactive whiteboards and projectors are located at each end of the Xspace for presentation purposes.

  11. Where can the Xspace mobile training rooms be located?

  12. The Xspace can be situated on hard or soft ground and it can even be located on a gentle slope as it is equipped with jacklegs and jack-pads.

  13. Does the Xspace mobile classroom have air-conditioning?

  14. Yes - an even air-temperature is maintained regardless of the time of year by climatic control facilities. The windows can be opened to access fresh air and the Xspace enjoys the benefit of natural daylight.

  15. What about power and IT connectivity to the mobile training room?

    The Xspace can easily be connected to available power outlets with appropriate adjustable power connectors. A silent generator can also be supplied if required. An online UPS is provided. The Xspace has a fibre optic link and the required connectors to connect into a standard cat5 network. This link has a firewall in place that is remotely managed. Ideally the Xspace should be located within 20 metres of the power and IT connections.

  16. Are wheelchair users able to access and use the Xspace mobile classroom?

    Yes - the Xspace has been designed to accommodate wheelchair users. A ramp is stored on board and there is ample turning space for wheelchair users inside the unit
